Bandscheibenvorfall is an absurdly comic office farce by Ingrid Lausund. Five employees wait outside their boss's office and spend the time undermining one another through intrigue, humiliation and self-promotion. The play exposes the social mechanisms, insecurities and human longings beneath modern workplace culture.
